Support for everyday wellbeing
We support adults with stable mental health needs who may benefit from assistance to maintain routines, confidence, wellbeing and independence at home and in the community. Support is planned around the individual’s assessed needs and complements, rather than replaces, care provided by GPs, community mental health teams or other clinical professionals.
Support may include:
- Encouragement with personal care and everyday routines
- Emotional reassurance and a consistent, listening presence
- Support to maintain nutrition, hydration and prescribed medication routines
- Assistance with attending appointments and accessing community servics
- Encouragement with social engagement and meaningful activities
- Support to develop or maintain daily living skills
- Wellbeing observations and prompt escalation of concerns in accordance with the care plan
- Assistance to maintain a safe, organised and comfortable home environment
We provide support with empathy, respect and without judgement, helping each person work towards the outcomes that matter to them. SafeNest does not provide crisis or emergency mental health treatment. Anyone needing urgent help should contact the appropriate emergency or NHS crisis service.
